Capacity FLOW?

This is the total capacity of your fleet.

If you have 2 balloons with 12 and 8 seats respectively, then you have a fleet with a capacity of 20 and you have a STRATO subscription required.

Always unlimited number of flights, unlimited number of passengers, all features available in all subscriptions.

WHATSAPP'ing and texting?

WhatsApp messages are unlimited included in your subscription. However, you will need your own WhatsApp Business account.

If WhatsApp does not work or your passenger does not have WhatsApp, you can send an SMS.

One SMS is limited to 150 characters.
Per SMS, you pay €0.10.

Mobile app?

This is a unique page for each passenger and is included in all subscriptions.

Passengers can access their reservation, their chosen flight and rebook via the page.
